2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green bell peppers, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
25 mushrooms, sliced
2 tablespoons dried italian dressing
5 tablespoons dried parsley
1. In a frying pan, add the olive oil and peppers and onions, then mushrooms.
2. Dissolve Italian dressing in 1 1/2 cups water. Spread this over vegetables.
3. Add dried parsley. Let them cook for about 30 minutes at the minimum heat.
You can serve it with with rice.
