3 tablespoons uncooked quinoa, rinsed
2 tablespoons uncooked barley, rinsed
2 tablespoons uncooked millet, rinsed
1/4 cup uncooked brown rice, rinsed
1/4 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup chopped dried mixed fruit
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
3 cups water
1 tablespoon pure vanilla extract
1. Combine grains, oats, dried fruit, sea salt and cinnamon in a crock pot.
2. Mix well and stir in the water and vanilla.
3. Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours.
Serve hot drizzled with maple syrup, brown rice syrup or agave nectar. Keeps well in the fridge and can be microwaved. I usually add a little splash of soy milk when reheating. Enjoy!'
