2/3 cup instant oatmeal
Silan (date syrup) or a sugar and water syrup
water
almonds
walnuts
cinnamon
Heat silan until it becomes much thicker, DO NOT BURN. Add a few shakes of cinnamon and then stir in oatmeal and coat oatmeal well.
Add water to just cover oatmeal and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds, placing almonds and walnuts in for last thirty seconds.
Take off flame and cover for a minute. Pour a few tablespoons of silan over and eat.
