1/2 head green cabbage, shred into bite-sized pieces
1/2 head red cabbage, shred into bite-sized pieces
3 to 5 cloves garlic, chopped, to taste
1-1/2 cups white vinegar
1 cup rice vinegar
2 to 3 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds, to taste (optional)
1 tablespoon sugar
3/4 tablespoon chili garlic sauce (optional)
3/4 tablespoon Garam Masala
1-1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1. In a bowl with a lid, combine all ingredients; snap on lid and shake.
2. Refigerate and enjoy the next day.
