1/4 Cup SoyGurt or Soy Sour Cream
2 tablespoon Oil (You Pick what kind - I use Olive or Walnut)
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1-2 tablespoon Orange Juice
1 teaspoon Grated Ginger
1/2 teaspoon of Orange Zest
1 teaspoon Honey -or- Sugar...whatever sweetener you like
Pinch of Salt
Dash of Cinnamon
It's easy...just put it all ingredients into a dressing holder and shake vigorously for 1 minute. Voila! Great on salads, but my favorite is drizzled over lightly steamed greens...add some orange slices if you fancy.
