1 package Morningstar Farms Steak Strips
1 onion
1 green pepper
sliced mushrooms
8 slices soy provolone cheese
olive oil
4 Italian rolls
Slice green pepper and onion in strips. Slice mushrooms.
Heat some olive oil in a pan and sauté veggies. When almost done, add steak strips. Cook a couple more minutes.
Divide it all into 4 mounds while still in pan, and place 2 slices of cheese on each until it melts.
Place sliced rolls on grill to heat, then assemble and enjoy.
