4 cups of cooked rice-white, brown, wild, mixture-whatever you prefer
1 small onion-chopped
1 cup of green peas-frozen or 2 cans-or if you really like peas, add a lot!
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
No real measurements, just use as much as you want, these are just guesses.
Heat pan, add olive oil.
Add onions until clear, stirring around.
Add peas when onions are clear. Stir around, warming up the peas.
Add rice, combining. Add salt and pepper to taste.
You can also add mushrooms, herbs, whatever fits your fancy.
