1 (15 ounce) can corn
1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
1/2 cup non-hydrogenated vegan margarine, melted
8 ounces nondairy sour cream (I use Sour Supreme)
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup corn meal
1/2 cup flour
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x9" pan.
2. Mix all ingredients together. Pour into prepared pan.
3. Bake for 1 hour.
