1 can organic black beans
1 can organic corn
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
1 white onion, diced
1 1/2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons spicy chili sauce
I like to cut up my veggies first so everything can cook together. Next, throw all the peppers, onion, beans, and corn into a pot and put on medium heat. Then add all the seasonings.
If you like it more spicy, add more chili sauce or crushed red pepper. For less spicy, don't add the cayenne pepper.
Cook for about 10-12 minutes or until peppers are not super crunchy!
Serve as a side dish or the main course and enjoy!!
