2/3 cup vegan mayonnaise
1/3 cup vegan sour cream
2 to 3 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 to 1/2 garlic powder, depending on how much you like *optional
Combine all ingredients in a bowl that will hold it all, stir it up really good, then refrigerate for at least an hour.
Delicious to dip anything in, I like to use it to dip baked sweet potato fries or regular fries in. Also yummy as salad dressing, and as a condiment for cucumber sandwiches!
Non-vegan version of this recipe tastes better, but if you use the vegan version, you might want to consider adding a little extra of each spice. Test-taste it to be sure!
