2 whole wheat English muffins
2 slices vegan cheese (cheddar flavor)
2 vegan sausage patties
dill mustard
Prepare sausage patties according to package directions. Toast English muffins in toaster oven. Spread mustard on both sides. Place 1 sausage patty on each muffin. Top with cheese. Place in toaster oven for a minute or two until cheese melts.
I make these all the time for breakfast!! They have that naughty fast food taste (hence the name!) but are so much better!! My meat eating husband LOVES these. You can also substitute any kind of rolls, muffins, etc. you have around for the English muffins. I like to eat them with some fresh fruit to round out the meal. I hope you all enjoy!!
