1/4 cup raisins
3 tablespoons coconut flakes
2 tablespoons goji berries
1/3 cup blueberries
1 banana, sliced
3/4 cup plain soy yogurt
1 teaspoon hemp seed hearts
I often buy plain yogurt because the fruity ones are full of sugar. Here is a great way to make that plain stuff delicious.
Add all the ingredients together in a bowl, give a good mix, and enjoy.
