1 can of chickpeas (or 1 cup softened and cooked)
1 carrot cut in chunks
1/4 green pepper, sliced
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
The measurements are approximate. I just threw it together.
In a sauce pan cook the carrots and chickpea until soft.
In a blender or better a food processor, grind the sesame seeds, oil, and salt together. Add Green pepper, garlic, and lemon juice.
Drain the chickpeas and carrots and blend with the rest of the ingredients.
Chill for at least an hour, the longer the better.
