quick oats
nutritional yeast
soy milk
water
garlic (optional)
soy cheese (optional)
oregano (optional)
This was made up by me when I had no noodles or pasta, so i played around, and really it's not THAT weird..
Poor oats into microwavable container, add water and soy milk (or just one of them, up to you), add in as much nutritional yeast as wanted, garlic, and soy cheese.
Now...microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes, mix, let sit and add spices/herbs.
