1 cup vegan Cream Cheese
1 cup vegan soy butter/margarine
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
~let the butter and cream cheese get to room temperature(about)
~mix them both together with an electric mixer, then add the powdered sugar slowly, and mix for at least 12 min
~add the vanilla and lemon juice (in lack of juice i used lemonade and it worked fine) and mix for another 3 minuets.
at this point it wont look like cinnabon frosting but it still tastes delicious. After it cools in the fridge it will be JUST LIKE the cinnabon frosting... my non vegan sister LOVED IT! its firm and creamy and i cant stop eating it! also measurements don't need to be exact , you could just eyeball it if you wanted, have fun!
