3/4 cups of water
1/4 cup of steel cut oats
2 Tablespoon finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar or pure maple sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 - 1 Tablespoon vegan creamer
1 teaspoon coconut cream or coconut milk
about 10 very ripe red raspberries
Bring 1.5 cups of water to a boil. Add the steel cut oats and reduce temperature to low heat. Cook oats for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on your preferred consistency. Be sure to stir the oats occasionally. Keeping a cover on the pot helps to cook the oats a little faster.
Transfer cooked oats to a cereal bowl and add the nuts, sugar, cinnamon, creamer and coconut milk. Stir all of these ingredients together throughly.
Finally, top with raspberries and ENJOY! I promise you it will taste AMAZING!
