1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds (shelled)
1 teaspoon dry chili peppers
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1. Heat a frying pan over medium heat, using no oil or vegetable spray. Add the pumpkin seeds and stir continuously, so they don't burn.
2. When they start to plump and change color slightly (about 5 minutes), add salt, garlic and chili pepper.
3. Cook for a few minutes, then quickly add the brown sugar and stir until it has dissolved, then stir in lemon juice.
