1 tablespoon fresh basil
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
1 teaspoon grape vinegar
a pinch of sea salt
a pinch of white pepper
2 heads of garlic
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon thyme
Chop tomatoes, place in a blender with all other ingredients, blend until smooth.
Avoiding the mouldiness put some olive oil top of the sauce.
Keep in refrigerator.
