1/2 cup vegan margarine
2 tablespoons flax oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/2 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup wheat germ
2 tablespoons baking soda
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Combine margarine, oil & sugars until blended. Then, add in the peanut butter and vanilla.
In another box mix all the dry ingredients, then add them to the wet mixture and mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls and press down in an "X" pattern with a fork on a cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes.
Enjoy with a cup of hot tea or a cold glass of soy milk!!!
