1 8 oz. package tempeh, crumbled or cut into small pieces
1/4 medium red onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
4 mushrooms, sliced of chopped
1/2 jar spicy salsa
4 tablespoons cooking oil or more
Put the oil and tempeh in a large frying pan and fry it up! When tempeh is nicely browned all over, add the garlic, onion, and mushrooms. Keep frying until everything is nicely browned (you may have to add more oil though). When the tempeh is near the point of being burned, and everything else is dark brown, add the salsa and stir it up. Coat everything in the salsa and heat for a few minutes. Eat up!
