1 large head green cabbage, cut into chunks
1 onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
2-3 handfuls homemade noodles
3/4 cup of butter substitute
garlic powder to taste
Melt butter substitute in skillet, add onion and cabbage chunks. Cook until tender. Cook noodles in boiling water, drain. Places noodles into skillet with cabbage, adding salt, pepper and garlic powder. Cook for 30 minutes over low heat, stirring often.
