1/2 cup black beans
1/4 cup kidney beans
1/4 cup navy beans
a few squirts lemon juice
1 tablespoons minced garlic
1/4 cup spicy salsa (add more if needed)
spices to taste - onion powder, black pepper
Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth.
This recipe came out of a desire for black bean hummus...when no tahini was around... I ate it with raw veggies and it was great.
