2 tablespoons oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
1/3 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 (28 ounce) can tomatoes
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
2 (15 ounce) cans black beans. drained
2 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans, drained
1. Saute the onion, garlic, and red pepper flakes until the onion is soft about 3 to 5 minutes. Add the chili powder and cumin and cook for 2 more minutes.
2. Add all ingredients in the crock pot, stirring to combine.
3. Cover and cook on low for 5 to 8 hours.
