3-4 pieces sundried tomato soaked in 1/3 cup warm water (do not discard water)
1/3 cup olive oil
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup vinegar
4 tablespoon soy sauce
4 tablespoon nutritional yeast flakes
4 tablespoon tahini
4 cloves garlic
Add all ingredients, including tomatoes and soaking water, to a blender or food processor. Blend until emulsified. Refrigerate.
