2 vegan bagels of choice
2 veggie burgers (Dr. Praeger's California Veggie Burgers)
1 avocado
1/2 tomato
onion ( sliced into rings)
vegan mayonnaise (Veganaise)
fresh baby spinach
Cut bagels in half and toast. Grill or broil burgers. Remember to glaze the burger with oil before cooking. Slice up your avocado, tomato and onion. clean your spinach ( cold water). Spread Veganaise on bagel. Place spinach, tomato and onion on one half. Avocado on the other half of the bagel. Sandwich your burger between the two. Enjoy!
