3 cups rice
green onion
1 can kidney beans
coconut cream
1 tablespoon vegan butter
fresh thyme
salt
pepper
all purpose seasoning
I usually make this in a rice cooker because its super easy but you can also make it in a pot.
Put rice in rice cooker or pot with water (3 cups). Or you can put in rice/water according to rice cooker instructions. Add chopped green onion, can of kidney beans, half a bar of coconut cream, butter, a few pieces of thyme, salt, pepper and all purpose seasoning. I don't measure the seasonings but usually put quite a bit of all purpose seasoning. Stir occasionally until done cooking. Serve.
