6 oz cherry soy yogurt
1/4 cup applesauce
1/2 cup vegan sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/3 cup vegan chocolate chips
Grease a 8X9 baking pan. Mix all the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl ; then mix all the dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Combine your wet and dry ingredients together then stir in your chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 min or until top is golden brown and a toothpick will come out clean.
