2 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
a sprinkle of cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 sups soymilk
2 tablespoons applesauce
2 teaspoons baking powder
Mix together the dry then add the wet and mix 'er up!
Heat a skillet to hot but not too hot add some margarine pour in the batter. When the top has bubbles that stay and don't pop, flip it over. Serve.
