2 vegan pizza crusts
1 can tomato sauce or favorite pizza sauce
3 cups sauerkraut
1 jar sliced black olives
1 jar sliced green olives
1 red onion diced
1 tomato diced
mushrooms (optional)
vegan shredded mozzarella
Heat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
Put pizza sauce on crusts and spread out evenly. Layer all veggies on top of pizza top with sauerkraut and then mozzarella.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.
