1/2 cup coconut meat
1/2 coconut water
1/4 to 1 whole jalapeno or Serrano pepper
1 good pinch oregano
Pinch basil
1) Warm a heat-proof bowl in the oven for ten minutes to warm.
2) Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into warmed bowl.
SO good! This is sure to warm you up on a cold day and clear your sinuses. It sounds too simple, but the sweetness of the coconut and the spicy warmth of the peppers is divine.
