1/2 cup whole wheat pastry flour
1/2 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup flaxseed
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup water
1 cup raspberries
1. Preheat oven to 365 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix dry ingredients together. Stir in the vanilla, pineapple juice, and water. Gently fold in raspberries.
2. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
