1 cup quick cooking oats
2 teaspoons chia seed
4 to 6 ice cubes
2 cups fruit of choice
soymilk, juice, or tea to thin, as desired
sweetener of choice, if desired
1) Pulverize oatmeal in the blender. Pour into a separate cup for later. Add preferred amount of ice. Use enough liquid to crush into smoothie consistency. Add the pulverized oatmeal and the rest of the ingredients. Thin to desired consistency with soymilk, juice or tea. Enjoy!
