1 zucchini, peeled or chopped into noodles, water squeezed out
1/2 avocado
1 handful fresh basil
1/2 lemon, juiced
pinch salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh peppercorn
water, if needed
olives or tomatoes, for topping
1. Set the zucchini noodles aside in a bowl.
2. Pulse remaining ingredients except the olives and tomatoes in processor. Sauce will be thick, can add water if you'd like.
3. Pour sauce on noodles and garnish with olives and/or tomatoes. Enjoy!
