1 (15-ounce) can white or black beans, rinsed and drained
1 (15-ounce) can corn, drained
1 (1-ounce) handful cashews
1 tomato, diced
4 stalks hearts of palm, sliced
1/2 to 1/3 cup sliced olives
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Chill before serving.
