2 ripe bananas (the riper the better, for sweetness)
2 tablespoons soymilk or soy yogurt, as needed
1) Chop up bananas and freeze for at least 24 hours.
2) Remove from freezer and put in food processor with soymilk or soy yogurt. Process until it is smooth and has an ice cream consistency.
