2 veggie burgers (I use Boca)
olives
sliced onion
sun dried tomatoes
sliced mushrooms
toasted pita bread
I used about 1/4-1/3 cup of the olives, onion, and mushroom and about 3 tablespoon tomato but you can adjust however you like.
Cook the veggie burgers until thawed and they crumble apart with a wooden spoon. Add mushrooms, onion, and sundried tomatoes. Sautee until the veggies are cooked and add the olives.
Eat with toasted pita bread and enjoy!
