4 ribs celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1 envelope chili seasoning
1 can black beans, drained
1 can navy beans, drained
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can dark red kidney beans, drained
1 can light red kidney beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
2 cans diced tomatoes
1/2 can water
Place celery and onion in bottom of Crockpot. Add beans, corn, chili seasoning and tomatoes. Pour water in last. Cook for 1-2 hours. Depending on your personal taste you may choose to add something to give it more zing, but my husband is something of a tenderfoot.
