2-3 sweet potatoes, sliced in 1/2" strips
olive oil, to coat
1-2 cloves garlic
1/2 red onion, sliced
2 tablespoons sesame seeds
kosher salt, to taste
1 tablespoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
red pepper flakes, to taste
1 teaspoon turmeric
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Cover baking pan with oil, and add potatoes, garlic, and onion.
2. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, salt, thyme and spices. Mix everything together using a wooden spoon; be careful of using your hands for this, tumeric stains.
3. Bake until slightly browned, around 30-40 minutes.
This combination makes your house smell fabulous! These are addicting too! Enjoy!
