1 vegan graham cracker pie crust
1 pound strawberries, quartered
1/4 cup vegan strawberry glaze
powdered sugar or vegan whipped topping, to garnish
1. Following directions on crust package, preheat oven and bake pie crust until golden.
2. Put strawberries in a large bowl and mix in strawberry glaze. Stir to coat strawberries completely.
3. Place coated strawberries cooked pie crust and refrigerate pie for at least 1 hour.
4. Serve pie slices with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or vegan whipped topping.
