1 cup vanilla soymilk
1 1/2 teaspoon instant coffee ( I use Nescafe)
Stevia or raw sugar, to taste (I usually use 1 to 2 packets of Stevia or 2 teaspoons raw cane sugar)
3 ice cubes
Vegan chocolate syrup, to taste (optional; I use Santa Cruz Organic)
1) You can either use a blender or bar shaker to make this drink.
Blender Method: In a blender, place 1/4 cup of the non-dairy milk, instant coffee, stevia or sugar, and chocolate syrup. Blend for about 20 seconds, or until it becomes frothy. Pour into a glass and add ice cubes and remainder of the non-dairy milk. Add a straw and sip away!
Bar Shaker Method: In a shaker, place 1/4 cup non-dairy milk, instant coffee, stevia or sugar, and chocolate syrup. Shake well for 20 to 30 seconds, or until the mixture becomes frothy. Then pour the mixture into a glass and add ice cubes and the remainder of the non-dairy milk. Sip and Enjoy!
