1/2 pound elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
1 - 26 ounce can vegan spaghetti sauce
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/2 medium green pepper, diced
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 - 10 ounce package vegan cheese (I used Follow Your Heart cheddar)
1 package vegan meat crumbles (about 2 cups)
1) Mix all ingredients together in casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 60 minutes or until bubbly on sides.
