1/2 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
1/2 cup soy mayonnaise
1/2 cup vegan sour cream (or to consistency preference)
about 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
garlic powder, to taste
dill weed, to taste
onion powder, to taste
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
about 4 ounces vegan blue cheese, grated/crumbled (I use "Sheese")
1) Combine the milk, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
2) Add lemon juice and spices. (I did not measure, but start with 1/4 teaspoon of each spice. Go with your taste.)
3) Stir in grated or crumbled blue cheese
