1 pound 16 bean soup mixture
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 quarts vegetable stock
1/2 pound green beans, 1" pieces
3 stalks celery, chopped
3 carrots, diced
8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 teaspoon garlic granules
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1. Soak dried beans overnight.
2. Drain beans and combine with remaining ingredients in crock pot.
3. Cook on low for 8 to 9 hours.
