1-1/2 cups (120g) oatmeal
1/2 cup (122g) unsweetened applesauce
2 tablespoons (40g) miso (I use the salty dark red)
This is sooooo easy to make.
1. Cook oatmeal to desired consistency in microwave or stovetop.
2. Mix unsweetened applesauce and miso together until there are no chunks of miso.
3. When oatmeal is done mix the miso-applesauce with the oatmeal. Enjoy!
If you like your oats a little more salty than sweet or thicker than a "normal" oatmeal consistency use a little less applesauce or if you like it sweeter and "runnier" then add a little more.
All together this has about 590 calories and lots of protein so enjoy this guilt free!
