2 slices bread
1 slice red onion, or as desired
2 tablespoons vegan mayonnaise
3 thin slices vegan cheese
1 teaspoon mustard
10 slices pickles
1 teaspoon nutritional yeast flakes (optional)
5 ridged thick cut potato chips (optional)
Sprinkle soul food seasoning
1) Spread vegan mayonnaise on 1 slice of bread and then lay on onions. Sprinkle on flakes and seasoning then the cheese. Spread optional chips and pickles over the top and finally close the sandwich with the mustard coated second slice of bread.
Source of recipe: I was hungry and throwing a sloppy sandwich together and to my surprise it tastes just like a cheeseburger. This is better and closer to tasting like the real thing than it sounds, I promise.
