1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour or spelt flour
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon maca
2 tablespoons lumaca powder
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon orange powder
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon orange peel
3 tablespoons agave
2 teaspoon vanilla
Egg replacer for 2 eggs
2 cups almond milk
4 tablespoons sesame oil
3/4 cup vegan chocolate chips
coconut oil, as needed
1) Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Mix wet ingredients into small bowl. Slowly stir in wet ingredients and then fold in chocolate chips.
2) Heat a large fry pan and grease with coconut oil. Pour pancake batter, 1/3 rd cup or 1/2 cup, into pan. Cook until edges are browned and middles start to show some bubbles. Be careful when flipping, they stick. Slowly go around edges with spatula then slowly work spatula under cake and flip. Cook until firm.
These don't need any toppings but you could use syrup of any flavor.
