1 cup plain soy milk
1/4 cup water
5 frozen strawberries
1/2 banana
4 heaping tablespoons of dry oats
3-4 tablespoons sweetened matcha powder (green tea)
Place all the items aforementioned in blender and grind until the oats are fine.
I drank this for breakfast every morning after getting my wisdom teeth out. It tastes great and gives you a nice energy boost!
Source of recipe: I had my wisdom teeth pulled out and just played around in the kitchen with things to eat/drink.
