1/2 cup old fashioned rolled oats (not instant)
1 tablespoon agave nectar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
few dashes cinnamon, to taste
1/2 cup vanilla nondairy milk (I use almond)
1 banana, sliced or diced
nuts, to taste, chopped (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Let sit in fridge overnight or at least 3 hours to give enough time for the oats to absorb the milk.
If this doesnt sound very appealing to you cold, you can always add a few more splashes of milk and pop it in the microwave. It's good either way! Its perfect to make the night before if you seem to have jam packed mornings, and it's so incredibly filling, and not to mention good for you too.
