vegetable oil
1/4 cup onions, diced (I used red & white onions)
1 clove garlic, diced
1 large potato, grated
1 carrot, grated (I used a microplane grater)
1/2 cup salsa
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
pinch salt
pinch pepper
dash Bragg's Amino Acids or soy sauce
hot sauce, to taste
1. To a pan, add oil, onions, and garlic. Saute until the onions and garlic are translucent.
2. In a bowl, mix together the potato, carrot, salsa, nutritional yeast, salt, pepper, Bragg's, and hot sauce. Add to the pan and fry until golden brown.
