1 banana
1/2 cup blueberries or more, fresh or frozen
nondairy milk
3 large spoonfuls hemp powder (I used Nutivia Fiber+Protein Powder)
vanilla extract (optional)
Put all ingredients in blender, I usually do it banana>blueberries>powder>milk alternative and blend. Put whatever amount of milk alternative in it that you want because this is good thick as well as thinned out. If you would like to use vanilla, go ahead and throw some of that in there, too.
